As forests are increasingly being abused and dumped on, it is the responsibility of the everyone to raise awareness and understand what is threatening the health and vitality of our public forests. Land management agencies such as the BLM are standing up to the continuous onslaught of illegal waste disposal, but it is ultimately in the hands of the individual to restore blighted public land.
