Throughout the 2005 Winter Term, our group performed thorough investigations into the illegal dumping situations of our neighboring counties. These case studies provide a comprehensive report of Benton, Douglas and Linn counties and how they manage their illegal dumping programs. Each study was researched independently by a team memer, explaining the variations. Soon, these studies be updated with more information.
