Dorothy Bollman is the Office Coordinator for the Institute for a Sustainable
Environment and the Micronesia and South Pacific Program. Dorothy began working with the
MSPP in May of 1997. Since then, she has learned a great deal about the University as well
as Program operations.
Dorothy is responsible for the general grant accounting for the Program, which includes
preparing reports, paying invoices, generating purchase orders and making deposits. She is
also responsible for preparing TA travel arrangements, stipends, and reimbursements.
Dorothy currently works part-time, from 8:30-12:30, Monday through Friday. When not at
work, Dorothy spends most of her time with the family. "Working part-time offers me
the best of both worlds -- I can keep in touch with the outside working environment, and I
also have plenty of quality time with my two-year-old daughter Olivia."
Dorothy brings to the MSPP over 15 years of progressively responsible office experience.
She has a BA in psychology and an art history minor.
