Madonna Moss is in charge of the Zooarchaeological Collection. She has been doing research on the Northwest Coast for almost 30 years. She has analyzed faunal remains from 15 sites in southeast Alaska. She is at work on the book, The Archaeology of North Pacific Fisheries.

Jon Erlandson has been doing archaeological research on the Pacific Coast for over 30 years. He and his students continue to work with faunal remains from San Miguel and Santa Rosa islands. Jon collected and prepared many of the shells in the invertebrate collection.
