Well the web site lists the papers I got te information from.  Beyond that the
AIAA web site has a serach function to look up topics, and you can order the
papers.  There are also some other voltage compression studies detailed on the
web (sorry don't have the URL's with me), including photos of test versinos
recomended for class studies.

Anyone here know where I can get more information on Robert Bussard's
voltage compressed fusion reactor concept? I know the basics, 6 foot
diameter, power output 1/3 of a commercial power plant, etc. Need more
information.
