Well if the Universe has a "fabric" or structure then the structure itself forms an invariant frame of reference. Unless of course, some one comes up with a Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle of Quantum Reality....You can prove its there but you can't ever see it! Uh oh, this is starting to sound like Philosophy 401.
