Monday, July 28, 2003 Dog Soldiers To Release Norse Raider figure in October 2003 ( 2:55 PM ) Libitina "The success and wealth of this Norse hersir, or chieftain, is evident by his possession of an iron helmet, sword, chain mail shirt and embroidered tunic. An engraved 'Hammer of Thor' pendant marks his devotion to the pre-Christian Nordic gods. His cloak is clasped at the right shoulder with a 'thistle' brooch to keep his sword arm free. His wooden shield with iron boss is painted red and black, the colors of war and death."

Thursday, July 24, 2003 New Model of Roman Coliseum Available ( 4:20 PM ) Libitina J.S. Schreiber has announced their new catalogue offerings for 2003 and they include a 16" diameter paper model of the Roman Colosseum (they spell it "Coliseum"). The model is available through Paper Models International for only $19.95 plus shipping and handling. There is an order form to print out on their website as the newest catalogue additions have not yet been incorporated into the online ordering system.
