"My 
        folks gave me a beautiful blue cook stove called the Round Oak. So, Shawn 
        and I brought that stove and a 50-lb sack of peanuts and set up our kitchen 
        at the end of the driveway at the Ariel Mine and proceeded to build a 
        16 by 16 foot A-frame right at the edge of the river along a gorge with 
        deep pools. All the wood and more we got about three miles upstream from 
        Sixes store, a tumbled down house that the land owner let us recycle 4 
        by 6 timbers.With a loft big enough for a double bed, open on both ends 
        in the downstairs, we covered it with 12 mil extra tough translucent plastic"
