   • 16:00 The Senate President informs the UO Senate that notice of motion has been received for which action is requested at the 2 December UO Senate meeting concerning:
     • US 09/10-7 -- a motion concerning increasing access to public records(Bill Harbaugh).
     • US09/10-8 -- a motion dealing with Promotion and Tenure (Frank Stahl). Withdrawn.
     • US09/10-9 -- a motion concerning a joint administration/faculty senate dealing with Accountability Measures in a possible new governance model/relation with the State of Oregon (Peter Gilkey)
     • US09/10-10 -- a motion to create a advisory group concerning the implementation of US08/09-8 Transparancy of University Financial Transactions (Peter Gilkey).
   • 16:03 The Senate President reports that
     • A written Summary Report of the University's Policies and Procedures in Response to the US Patriot Act, CAPPS II, and Other Similar Legislation (pursuant to US 02/03-4) has been received.
     • A note of clarification on practices that have been followed to organize the interaction between the provost and his staff with the FPC has been received from Senior Vice Provost for Academic Affairs Tomlin.
     • Information from OUS concerning enrollment 2009 Enrollment data and Fall 2009 enrollment fact sheet.
     • Information given by M. Grier concerning the extent to which the Oregon Public Meetings Law is applicable to the UO Senate.
