Journal of Women and Minorities in Science and Engineering
The purpose of the Journal is to publish original, peer-reviewed papers that report
innovative ideas and programs, scientific studies, and formulation of concepts related
to the education, recruitment, and retention of underrepresented groups in science and
engineering. Issues related to women and minorities in science and engineering will be
consolidated to address the entire professional and educational environment.
