Dear Peter, Those titles look OK to me. We will probably give the implementation paper a better title, but haven't done so yet. As to the question whether they are better as motions or resolutions, I leave that to you, Gwen, and the Rules Committee. Memo RE: Notice of Motion

Dear Senate Budget Committee:

Nathan Tublitz has informed me that the Senate Budget Committee plans to present 3 different documents to the UO Senate at the special meeting to be held 29 March 2000 (Room 177 Lawrence, 1500-1700). He also informs me that he wants each document "approved" by the UO Senate. The cleanest way to do this seems to be to have 3 different motions. I have therefore tentatively assigned them the following numbers

 
• US9900-12 Motion to approve the statement of principles from the Senate Budget Committee
• US9900-13 Motion to approve the final version of the Senate Budget Committee White Paper
• US9900-14 Motion to approve the document from the Senate Budget Committee regarding implementation
