RE: Continued Participation Notice Chancellor Cox has sent notice to DAS Director Michael Greenfield and PEBB Administrator Mylia Wray that OUS will participate in the PEBB program in 2001. He thanked PEBB for participating in the study of various options over the past two months, and urged that work continue on the purchasers coalition idea. He confirmed that OUS will agree to PEBB's proposal that faculty/unclassified employees be held harmless in 2001 by crediting OUS for the surplus reserves the group generates in 2000, and that OUS will maintain the current cash compensation structure for this group to the end of 2001. Another newsletter will be published and posted to the OUS website next week for general distribution.
