starship-design: Space access proposal with trade offs.

Space access has a good paper on the nasa site:

Covering how their bird can cover all space shuttle missions at a fraction of 
the cost.  Unusual since no one else suggests they can cover all the
missions.  If NASA was goal (not self maintenence) orented they'ld be jumping 
on this deal.

I wonder how Kelly Aero is doing?  They were ahead of the pack because they 
landed contracts with Iridium.  Now that those aer worthless ----
