Metric transformation and the cigar soliton.

Abstract: We will define a metric transformation motivated
by the collapsing of the Riemannian manifolds.
Under the transformation the hyperbolic metric on two dimensional
disc is transformed to the cigar soliton metric studied in
the Ricci flow.
