Spamvertising for Jay Wise, Textbook Reusers

This page lists repeated spams on behalf of "Jay Wise, Textbook Reusers". I have X'd out Information that would identify my email addresses or the domains on which they reside. (If the email was forwarded from one of my accounts to another, then several lines of headers will be affected.) I have also X'd out "html" and "http", so as to break links in the text of the spam. (I do not want to provide working links to spamvertised web sites.)

He seems to have adopted the tactic of frequently changing email addresses, perhaps to evade spam filters or because older addresses get terminated for spamming.
