CAPN SCHOLARSHIP REPORT

Nora MacDonald, a Latin teacher at Roosevelt High School familiar to many CAPN members, reports that she has put her recent CAPN Scholarship to good use. This past summer she took Italian conversation at the University of Washington Experimental College. She has also taken two courses for credit to allow her to develop travel study curricula for the student trips she conducts to Italy and Greece. In addition, she is in the process of developing a working vocabulary for Ecce Romani I and II, the two new textbooks she adopted for use in the '95-'96 school year.

CAPN members are reminded that they should encourage eligible candidates (who do not have to be CAPN members) to apply for this scholarship! Information on eligibility and the application process is provided in the Bulletin on p. 15.
