Week 8, focus on group structure (leadership, roles, norms)

1. Identify which of the four groups covered in the two cases best illustrates (a) leader emergence based on a dominant personality and/or a demographic attribute such as age or gender and (b) [can be a different group] the development and use of expert roles.

2. Pick two groups and identify which of the four quadrants of norm development (Bettenhausen & Murnighan, packet X) fits each group best.
