Instructions for Step 5
You should proceed to this step after you have printed out instructions for the rating task (in step 4).
Go to first row, second column of your data file, and begin entering your ratings for the person represented by the code for that row.
Enter a number (from 1 through 5) corresponding to how accurate that descriptor (represented in the column) is for that person (represented in the row).
Do all ratings on the first person: After you enter a rating press the --> button on the keyboard to move on to the next variable.
When you have completed all ratings on the first person, go down to the next row and do all ratings on the next person.
Repeat the sequence until you have rated all 30 people.
Save your file (including a backup on a floppy disk).
