6. Make sure the SHADING layer is check marked on.

• Select PASTE from the EDIT menu.
• To execute the PASTE onto the active layer, click anywhere on the screen.

7. The shades will reappear in the proper position.

Now use either procedure to place the walls, and mezzanine on the WALLS layer. You should now be able to view each part of the building separately by manipulating layers.
