The class presentation should be based on the work that you are doing with your faculty mentor and should address a methodological issue or a conceptual issue that has a bearing on methodology. In your presentation, begin by creating a context for the issue, including why the issue is important. Summarize existing evidence concerning the issue. Then propose how the issue could be addressed in future research. The presentation should be 7-8 minutes, which will allow time for 2-3 minutes of questions. All students will present on the last day of class: Friday, August 5. |
