EARL WHITEHILL



1932 Flashback
With a 16-12 record in 1932 veteran pitcher Earl Whitehill brought class to the All Stars. Known for his good looks and flashy wardrobe ‘The Earl' mixed with socialites and married the Sun-Maid raisin girl. With the highest ERA (4.36) of any 200+ game winner, Earl died in a car accident in 1954. He was 55.
