Having hit .348 during the 1932 season Heinie Manush was another star attraction for the tour. He is credited with replacing Ty Cobb for the Tigers and his .378 mark in 1926 won the A.L. batting title. Heinie played 17 years and his .330 lifetime average secured his place in the Hall of Fame in 1964. |
