OECD Initiative I am working with the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, Center for Educational Research and Innovation to develop websites which include interventions based on brain research to aid in the acquisition of literacy and numeracy. We hope to have downloadable intervention by the end of 2004 and eventually interactive versions. Our goal is to move from work reading and simple number toward more complex issues of understanding scientific documents and from English to as many of the world¹s languages as we can. Currently the website serves to deal with some question and answer and provide access to OECD documents in the area.
