How to print each page with Window system:
 When you print a lecture notes page, if it is too large or too small.  It should be fine with following procedure.
(1) Save each page as a  JPEG file in a subdirectory of your computer.
(2) Using Microsoft Imaging to open each page.
(3) Print the page.
