"If
you ask me about the most important lesson -the thing about the Sixes
river people- it was that we all concentrated on being, actively
visualizing or projecting things mentally. We had long conversations
about it and got to a point where we could prove it, like picking out
the next ride hitch-hiking, or getting the waitress to pour coffee on
cue. The flip side was, the more you talked about something, the less
likely it was to happen. It was just the way the world worked- you're
responsible for your thoughts. It starts over every day."     -John |
