**LGBTQQI Issues Coordinator: To provide a voice and programming for the diverse needs of the LGBTQQI community. Specifically, the LGBTQQI Coordinator plans Out/Loud, the Queer Women's Music Festival in May. Out/Loud is the largest queer women's music festival in the Pacific Northwest! LGBTQQI coordinator also works with other coordinators to bring attention to the intersecting identities within the community (example working with the Diversity Coordinator on the Women of Color Speaker series to give voice to queer women of color.)
**Office Assistant(s): (Many positions available!!) As an office assistant in the Women’s Center you will work as part of a staff, which includes 4-6 work study students and 10 student coordinators, under the direction of the Women’s Center Director and Office Coordinator. This positions is work study only. Continuous training of staff is provided and should be anticipated. Office Assistants organize the toiletry drive with local domestic violence service provider for Dating/Domestic Violence Awareness Month (October) programming.
**Visual Design Coordinator: The Visual Design Coordinator is responsible for crafting the image of the UO Women’s Center through posters, fliers, programs, advertisements and outreach materials (brochures, pamphlets, tee shirts, etc).
**Public Relations Coordinator: The Public Relations Coordinator is responsible for all media relations including print, radio and television. This position is the public face of the Women’s Center and must stay abreast of all Women’s Center events, write press releases and respond to all media inquiries. In collaboration with the Outreach Team, the Public Relations Coordinator offers seamless services to all issues based coordinators to ensure that all the center’s events are successful.
**Diversity Coordinator: The Diversity Coordinator is responsible for promoting and giving space to multiple voices which have historically have been excluded from feminist conversations. In conjunction with other key members, the Diversity Coordinator plans the annual Lyllye B Parker/Women of Color Conference in January as well as hosts a weekly diversity discussion circle with fellow UO students.
**Events Coordinator: The Events Coordinator is responsible for organizing our event logistics in order to bring the voice of feminism and activism to the larger campus community. In collaboration with the Outreach Team, the Events Coordinator offers seamless services to all issues based coordinators to ensure that all the work the center does is successful.
**Nontraditional Student Advocate: The Nontraditional Student Advocate works to create the best educational and social environment for nontraditional women students on campus. This can be done by becoming familiar with resources available, outreaching to students, and sharing information. The Nontraditional Student advocate also voices the needs of nontraditional students within a predominantly traditional institution.
