SEED Awards the University of Oregon Moss St. Children's Center (May 2008)

The Oregon Department of Energy (ODE) has selected the University of Oregon Moss St. Children's Center as a recipient of the first State Energy Efficient Design (SEED) Awards.
SEED requires state agencies to invest in energy efficiency in construction projects to reduce long-term operating costs and be adopters of innovative energy technologies. The awards will be presented to projects that have met the requirements of the SEED program, have significant energy savings, implemented innovative energy conservation measures and serve as models of energy efficiency.
