Phase I describes short-term housing initiatives that are under way and establishes housing objectives to guide longer-term housing actions.

Phase II consisted of the following three parts which were coordinated and completed by consultants under the direction of the Housing Strategic Planning Group and University Planning Office staff: Housing Needs Assessment, Existing Conditions Analysis, and Recommendations (including, as appropriate, programs associated with housing facilities) for the University of Oregon.  Click here for the Phase II summary handout. The housing objectives identified in Phase I served as a guide.  The plan resulting from Phase II is the basis for a final report to the Chancellor and OUS Board and provides the framework for campus planning related to student housing facilities during the next ten years.
