Phase 1 "Field Package": Phase 1 will include the baseball field, fencing, lighting, associated infrastructure, and temporary grandstands, dugouts, press box, toilets, and concessions. This portion of the project is anticipated to be ready for competitive baseball play by spring 2009.

Phase 2 "Stadium Package": Phase 2, as yet to be fully defined, currently is envisioned as the design and construction of an approximately 5,000-seat stadium with associated amenities, site improvements, and additional infrastructure.
