Dental Clinic Fees

• Routine Checkup--Office visit charge PLUS bitewing x-rays.
• Office Visit--$15.00
• Bitewing X-Rays (usually taken during your checkup)--$32.00.
• Emergency Check or Second opinion--Office visit charge PLUS any needed x-rays ($15.00 - $88.00 call for specific fees)
• Cleaning/Deep Cleaning (per 60 minutes)--$44.00

Please don't miss your appointment. 

Cancel no later than 8 AM the day PRIOR to your appointment to avoid missed appointment charges.

• Missed checkup appointment charge--$30.00
• Missed emergency appointment charge--$30.00
• Missed cleaning appointment charge--$30.00.

All dental services are provided by licensed dentists, hygienists, and assistants.
