If you meet the FPEP eligibility requirements and receive FPEP covered services and supplies from the University Health Center, there would be no charge to you. You are responsible for payment of all non-covered FPEP services. Please refer to section on "What Services are NOT covered by FPEP?".
NOTE: A mandatory Health Fee will be assessed each term to all registered students based on the University of Oregon Tuition and Fee Schedule. Therefore, you would receive FPEP covered services for FREE and be assessed the appropriate Health Fee or Stop-out Fee.

If you enroll or re-enroll in FPEP and your insurance company covers contraceptive management, you are NOT ELIGIBLE for FPEP. You must check with your insurance carrier (including the Health Center Student Insurance Plan) to see if they provide contraceptive management coverage. The FPEP Enrollment Form has a yes or no question if you have any health insurance that covers contraceptive management. This is self-declared.
