Report by Senate President Gilkey 09 February 2000

  1. Materials Distributed
  2. Update on the implementation of Senate Motion US97/98-10 adding two new required questions to the course evaluation
  3. The makers of the motion US9900-7 feel it would be appropriate to postpone final Senate Action on this resolution until the final version of the SBC White Paper is presented for action to the UO Senate; both US9900-7 and the final version of the SBC White Paper will be discussed at the same meeting of the UO Senate. So at the February meeting, we will continue our discussion of US9900-7 for 30 minutes but not attempt to reach a final resolution of this matter. The statistical data requested at the January meeting of the Senate is printed on Green Paper in handout #1.
