Ordering shirts is a quick two-step process. First, complete the form below. Second, mail a check or money order to Oregon Men's Water Polo, C/O George Slavich (complete address is below).

For University of Oregon faculty, staff, and students, t-shirts may be picked-up at the EMU Club Sports Office. You will receive an email when these shirts are ready for pick-up (usually 1-2 days). All other orders will be mailed to the address listed above.
