Overnight Accommodations

Residence halls

Participants attending a two-day program are welcome to stay overnight in a residence hall at a cost of $32 a person per night (not including meals). Those who want to stay on campus are assigned to their residence hall rooms when they check in. Campus housing is available for up to two nights, starting the night before the program begins. Housing staff will not be available for check-in after 10:00 p.m.

Students have the option of staying with their parent, other family members, or with another student of the same sex. Family members may elect to stay with their student, another parent, or their partner. So that we may accommodate all housing requests, no single rooms are available. University housing is unable to accommodate stays longer than two nights, late departures, or any overnight stays during the one-day session. For two-night stays, housing check-in is from 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. the evening before the session begins at the Living-Learning Center, which is located on 15th Avenue between Agate and University Streets.

University housing residence halls are three- and four-story buildings located on campus. Each room has two twin-sized beds, desks with chairs, and closets; it has one telephone with free local phone service. We do not offer air conditioned rooms, but summer nights in Eugene are typically comfortable. Each floor, accessible by stairwell, has shared community restrooms and showers. Bed linens and towels are provided, and beds are made on arrival. If you have a special accessibility need, please let us know.
