Week of Welcome 2010

Your final opportunity for orientation, registration, and advising for Fall term is during Week of Welcome. You are required to pre-register for orienation, advising, and registration activities via DuckWeb. Registration for WOW advising and orientation will open on August 3. You must check in at your assigned time, attend an academic advising workshop and individual advising appointment before you will be able to register for your classes. Please check the Week of Welcome book for more specific details.

Students who will be living in University Housing who did not attend IntroDUCKtion should plan on moving in to your residence hall one day early. You can fill out the online Early Move-in Form online (required) at http://housing.uoregon.edu.

Fall is an exciting time for all of us at the university as we gear up for the new school year and welcome our new students. To introduce you to our campus community, we will host a number of activities and programs before classes begin so you can become familiar with the university's array of resources, meet new people, and make new friends.

Student Orientation Programs and the Student Orientation Staff are planning exciting events for Week of Welcome (WOW) 2010. There are interest sessions regarding student life as well as social activities to get you settled into campus life.

The Week of Welcome book is sent to all new students in August. The WOW book has detailed descriptions of all our new events taking place. Be sure to bring your WOW book to campus with you!
