3 Consequence Changes Needed:
1. Strengthen positive consequences for the desired, appropriate behavior.
2. Eliminate or reduce the consequences that are maintaining the problem behavior (this includes finding ways to deal with reinforcement we did not plan or intend).
3. Provide functionally equivalent reinforcement for alternative behaviors.
