We dread the silent classroom. But what if silence is what students really need to absorb the material. Think about it…today’s students seem to be plugged in and tuned in to the nearest device, juggling six tasks at a time. But give them space and time to think, and you’d be surprised at what happens. In this workshop we will develop silent, reflective activities that allow students time to practice critical thinking and to develop deeper understanding.
