Do you see yourself as a leader? Teachers are leaders, whether they want to be or not. They must deal with issues of power, vision, morale, motivation, and evaluation every day. In this
workshop we will offer the concept of “teacher as leader” and share current ideas about leadership that can be used to make us better instructors.
