Voice Mail Instructions
Activating Your Voice Mail the First Time
The following procedure should be followed the FIRST time you LOGIN to your new Voice Mail Box:
1. Dial (34)6-1111 to reach Voice Mail.
2. At the prompt: Dial your 5 digit extension followed by [#] (or just [#] if you are calling from your extension).
3. At the prompt enter the default password 2580
At this point you will be prompted to record your name (not greeting) in your new mail box.
Then you will be prompted to enter a minimum 4-digit password as required by the system. After you have entered your new password and have confirmed the entry, it is installed as your password. You will then use this new password whenever you LOGIN, after the initial LOGIN.
You will then need to record your personal greeting. Your installation is complete. You can re-record or change any of this information at any time.
