Intuity Voice Mail Instructions

General Login and Basic Commands

Dial your Intuity access number  61111 (346-1111 from off campus).

Enter your five-digit extension number and press the # button.

Enter your password and press the # button.

If you can not get into your box, or you receive a message indicating problems, please contact your departmental telephone coordinator.

Basic commands

• *D or *3.......Delete
• *H or *4.......Help
• *R or *7.......Restart or Return to Activity Menu
• *T or *8.......Transfer Out of System
• *W or *9......Wait
• **H or **4....Hold message in category
• **N or **6....Look up name/ext in Directory
• **U or **8....Undelete (must be used before you leave box to retrieve deleted message)
• **X or **9....Exit Voice Mail

Commands to Use While Addressing Voice Mail:

• *A or *2......Alternate Addressing
• *L or *5.......Use of a Mailing List

Play-Back Controls

• 2.....Rewind
• 3.....to Pause /Play
• 4.....Louder (volume)
• 5.....Backup
• 6.....Advance
• 7.....Softer (volume)
• 8.....Slower
• 9.....Faster
• 0.....Listen/Replay
• #.....Skip message (retains message which can be accessed later)
