Harassment and threats: 

All users who  receive harassing telephone calls should contact the Department of Public Safety at 346-5444 (open 24 hours). If you receive harassing voice mail, DO NOT erase it until instructed to do so by DPS.  The information contained in the message header may help identify the caller.

Placing harassing telephone calls violates the University of Oregon guidelines and is a crime under federal and state laws. Persons placing such calls are subject to fines, imprisonment and/or University issued sanctions (including expulsion).
