![]() Using Avaya Telephone FeaturesAbbreviated Dialing/Speed CallingThe Abbreviated Dialing/Speed Calling feature allows telephone users to dial local and long distance phone numbers, other extensions, and Feature Access Codes. This is an option that needs to be requested though your departmental telephone Coordinator. There is a $1.00 per month charge for each list. Personal Lists contain numbers that an individual user calls most frequently, may contain up to 100 numbers and can not be accessed from other extensions. Either the user or Telecommunications can program/maintain each list. Group Lists contain numbers that relate to a particular group of people, may contain up to 100 numbers and be accessed from all extensions given access rights to that list. The Departmental Coordinator will send information to Telecommunications listing all extensions who have access to a given list. Uses can access up to three Abbreviated Dialing lists: one Personal list and two Group lists. PERSONAL DIALING LIST To Program Your Personal List

Please Contact Telecommunications regarding accessing or programming a second group list. On Single line phones: FLASH, RECALL, TAP, & R all indicate the same button. Any single line set without this button will have to use the Switchhook button instead.
