Using Avaya Telephone Features

Last Number Redial

This feature enables a user to have the system redial the last number the user manually entered (sans the authorization code).

Single Line Set

1. Listen for Dial Tone
2. Dial #73
3. Wait for number to be dialed, and if necessary, enter Authorization code.

Digital Set

1. Listen for Dial Tone
2. Press the LAST NUMBER REDIAL button
3. Wait for number to be dialed, and if necessary, enter Authorization code.

On Single line phones: FLASH, RECALL, TAP, & R all indicate the same button. Any single line set without this button will have to use the Switchhook button instead.
