AT&T has increased rates to $1.40 when dialing directory assistance in the US, and both AT&T and USW have introduced features allowing a local directory assistance call to be connected for an additional $.35. Since such local calls can be redialed from your phone for free, DO NOT select the direct connect option. The whole market for directory
assistance service is changing. We are researching more cost effective options
