GOOD!!  As is VASMIR seemed underwelming.  Basically a exotic ion drive with 
now defined power source.

If it was to be powered by nukes, its a odd way to make a nuclear rocket.  If 
solar, its a deepspace drive tied to a inner solar system power source.
