Conducted research into acquisition of weapon sys tems, analysis

of Air Force occupations, decision modeling, econometric

analysis, data base integration, and cognitive job skills.

Managed $1.5 million annual research budget.

Loss Rate Analyst, September 1976--June 1980

Air Force Military Personnel Center, Bolling AFB, Washington DC

Developed major loss rate modeling system, programmed it, and

conducted analyses. Used in Air Force personnel budgeting

process for submission to Congress.

Supervised up to 20 research scientists, both military and

civilian including psychologists, operations research analysts

and computer programmers. Developed appraisals and performance

Supervised military cadet training program. Ensured cadets

Supervised over 40 contractor personnel and military officers.

Conducted real-time satellite operations with multiple

coordination requirements.
