At the moment there are three printers on the mezzanine:

From noether: (one sided) deadymezz (two sided) deadymezz2
From a Mac:
Print your document by choosing
File -> Print
then click on Printer:
and scroll down to "Bonjour" or "Rendezvous" Printers and
select deadymezz.
Duplex printing can be done as usual by selecting "Layout"
from the "Copies & Pages" menu and choosing the appropriate option.
ddfac = ddfac.uoregon.edu = Math Faculty
(this is the one which was in the basement and has been working badly for some people)
DeadyHP2300 = deadymath.uoregon.edu
From noether: (one sided) dmath or deadymath, (two sided) dmath2 or deadymath2.
from darkwing: (one sided) deadymath, (two sided) 2deadymath.
From a Mac:

Duplex printing can be done as usual by selecting "Layout"

This printer works well when it is working, but has had a staggering
number of hardware failures since we purchased it about 18 months ago.
So if it doesn't seem to work, take your printing job out of the queue
(so that it doesn't print two weeks later when we get it fixed) and
let me or Louie, or someone in the ofice know.

From a Mac there is a simple procedure if you don't want duplex printing.
If you _do_ want duplex printing:
First you need to install
espgs and hpijs-foomatic-ppc from linux printing
Then: Print your document by choosing
File -> Print
then click on
Printer: and find FentonFaculty on the list which comes up.
Select: Print Using: NEC SuperScript 1800 Foomatic/hpijs
Duplex printing can be done as usual by selecting "Layout"
from the "Copies & Pages" menu and choosing the appropriate option.
