Unlike the few procedures illustrated in Chapter 5.3, most SAS procedures are designed to produce output that is displayed in the output window in PC SAS or is printed to a text file with the suffix .lst (UNIX systems). These sections are brief overviews of how to invoke SAS procedures; most of them provide numerical results.
