Chemotaxis Mutations ^___

There are a number of good candidate loci for chemosensory response in C. elegans, but not many involving the repulsion pathway and not all candidate loci known from their mutant phenotypes have been cloned.

We are actively generating, mapping, and cloning several candidate loci affecting chemotaxis.
