So here's our current best guess of where things will be.
We're making the assumption that we'll be in exactly the same spot as last
year (and so far that has never happened...)
This map is really designed for those folks actually trying to build this for
us, so forgive me if it seems to have too many numbers, and not enough decoration.

Things that are IMPORTANT:
- We'd _like_ 24x24 DPW issue shade Harley only got 12 x 24 in the budget.
I think Shooter has agreed to scavenge and set up the extra poles, and we'll
deal with covering them.
- Ideally the shade needs to be set back from the center circle about 15ft,
and centered. Last year we requested this, but it was only set back about
5ft....it wasn't a big deal.
- The container door needs to be facing towards the center circle. The idea
is that someone standing in the door of the container can see ALL of the DPW
shade, and see people entering or leaving camp. We really don't care if it's
on the right or the left. Up against one of our borders would be best.
- Nigel probably needs to get his pickup in and out a couple of times during
the event...so there needs to be 8ft or so between the DPWshade and our boarder
on the side without the container on.
Everthing else is fairly plastic.
We would like to be next door to Recycle camp, but I think it will hurt them
more than us if we're not.
We're planning for the first inhabitants to arrive about mid-afternnon on Friday
Aug 22nd, the rest by Sunday the 24th. We should vacate by Sept 3rd or 4th
We're going to need that container early Sat the 23rd at the very latest.
